The place was very clean and just as described in the advertisement. The shower was also nice and powerful! Cleaning services was good as well! Nice ladies.

The property was right near a metro station so it was very easy to get around the city. The staff was extremely friendly. I did just a weekend there and the beds were pretty comfortable.

This hotel is fantastic for the price. Half the price of other hotels. The location is the best part. VERY close to the metro station to take you anywhere in Paris. The room was a bit small but big enough for a traveling couple. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! If you would like some tips on exploring the city, just ask the front desk for some ideas. We had a terrible issue (no fault of the hotel staff) and the staff did everything they could to rectify the problem. Speaks great English!

The staff was wonderful. At one point I locked myself out of my room and housekeeping saw me struggling and immediately came over to help me. The location is excellent as it is right next to a metro stop. It is also located near some great restaurants and bakeries. The room had plenty of outlets, which often isn't the case.

Honestly, better than expected. The heating is great and there is a window in the bathroom. It was clean but if you have allergies, the rugs might be an issue. Water was hot. And it's in a pretty good location close to the metro.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, great location with lots of bars/bistros nearby plus the canal and park, excellent budget friendly option. Our room also came with a fan which was lovely (and necessary)

We reached at morning which was early then check-in time and the receptionist managed the room right away and he is very nice and friendly. Nice location.

Convenient location, right by the metro station. Staff were friendly, and had our room ready early (by chance) which was very helpful!

Hotel is close to Jaures metro station with access to 3 metro lines. Hotel staff was polite and friendly. Room was basic but clean and had all necessary things you need during cold days: heating and warm water.

Location- it’s behind McDonald’s right off Jaures Metro station, and walking distance to Stalingrad. There’s a Turkish restaurant nearby, pastry shop, Subway sandwich store, and cafes and other restaurants from a few meters across. Staff - The male receptionists are pleasant and customer-friendly. Safety. Room despite small was nice and with window.
